What if my product is lost during transit?


Don’t worry! Our courier partners take utmost care in ensuring that the products are safely delivered to you 🙂 Just in case the product is lost during transit, Or if the parcel is not received due to any reason of the courier service, then in this case you will have to wait for 15 to 20 days. If the parcel is not received in 15 to 20 days, then the order will be cancelled and the amount you have paid will be fully refunded to you.

A size exchange is chargeable at ₹200 per outfit, which covers the reverse pickup and re-dispatching of your order.

Are sale items eligible for size exchange?

No, items on sale and international orders are not eligible for size exchanges.

What if the size I need is unavailable?

Refunds are only provided in the form of a credit note if a size exchange is not available. This credit note is valid for 2 months from the date of issue. Credit Note will be processed in 5 days.
