What is Returnable/Exchangeable?

  • Exchange will be made only if same product is not received or a damaged product is received.
  • Return, refund, cancellation not available Only exchange available
  • Please order one size up if you are buying from me for the first time 
  • Free exchange will be provided only if you do not receive the same size as you ordered.
  • If you want to exchange the size after the same size is delivered, you will have to pay the shipping charges.
  • For Cash on Delivery, advance payment is required and if the order is cancelled by the customer after the parcel is dispatched, the advance payment will not be refunded
  • For Cash on Delivery, please inquire on WhatsApp or Instagram, Cash on Delivery option is not available on website
  • For any claim related to product only will be excepted, When you will provide 360° shooted video without any cut and pause for any claim parcel opening video is mendetory.
  • Exchanged product will be delivered within 5-10 days

What is NOT Cancellable/Returnable/Exchangeable?

  • Strictly We Don’t Allow Any Kind Of Exchange On The Basis Of Like Unlike, As Taking One Size Up Is Already Preferred
  • Colour May Be Slightly Different Or May Be not Due To Lighting, As All The Videos Are Shooted During Sun light, So Any Claim Regarding Colour Will Not Be Expected , Do Ask For Colour Confirmation Before Placing Order
  • Customized Orders.
  • International Orders. 
  • Scrunchies, Earrings, Potli Bags are Not returnable.
  • Items under SALE Collection.
  • Kidswear.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are processed only with the same dress, subject to availability.
  • If the originally ordered dress is not available, the exchange will be done with a similar design of the same value.
  • Choosing a Different Design
    If the customer requests a different design or color:
    The new product must be of equal value, OR
    If the selected dress is higher priced, the extra amount must be paid in advance.
    Exchange will be processed only after full payment confirmation of the price difference.
  • After Exchange Process
    If the exchange pickup has already been completed and the customer later refuses the exchange and asks only for a refund, then:
    As per company policy, we will dispatch
    the same dress originally ordered, or
    a similar/simple dress of the same price, depending on availability.
  • Important Notes
    Change of mind after exchange approval is not allowed.
    Design or color choice is subject to stock availability.
    Once the exchange process is completed, no further modifications will be accepted.
    This policy applies to all orders without exception.

How will I be reimbursed?

  • Prepaid orders refund in INR will be transferred to your Bank Accounts/ Cards as per your payment mode in 5-7 business days from receiving the product back.
  • CoD orders refund in INR will be transferred to your Bank Accounts/ Cards as per your payment mode in 5-7 business days from receiving the product back.
  • Shipping charges (300/-) for CoD orders are non-refundable.

How to return?

Domestic/ Indian Orders

  • Please inform us within 2 days of receiving the package on care@libaasking.com
  • We should receive the package within 10 days of intimation of return.
  • If the packet is not received within 10 days from the date of initiation of Return, we don’t hold the responsibility to process the return.
  • Please make sure the product is not worn or stained, and no smell of perfume is coming from the garment, in which case your return will not be processed.

International Orders

  • In case the customer wants to claim refund on the basis of damaged goods, we will need an unboxing/opening video of the package. Without the video we cannot work on refund or exchange.
  • International Orders are not eligible for Cancellation/Returns/Exchanges.

Please note Reverse Pick-up is not available and the return shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer for all orders. Kindly select a reputable courier company as customer will bear the responsible for the product reaching us.

Please share tracking details of the return as soon as it is dispatched from your end.      Please allow us 5-7 business days after receiving the product for processing returns.
